Somerset Community Mission
Our Mission is to lead people into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ. And while we have a 'whatever it takes' attitude with every thing we do, our primary means of doing this is by offering a very real 10:00am Small Group Study & 11:00am Worship for the entire family to hear the good news of Jesus! Dress is very casual, and the donuts, coffee and genuine smiles are always free!
The Somerset Community Celebrate Recovery meets every Monday evening at 6:30pm. This 12 step ministry offers support to those with Hurts, Habits & Hang-ups. A free meal is available at 6:00pm and there is no charge to attend.
Living Bread Soup Kitchen is a free community meal offered at the Mission every Tuesday from 5:00pm till 7:00pm.
On Wednesday evenings at 6:30pm, we have an interactive Bible Study for the adults and offer age appropriate classes to teach biblical truths to children, tweens and teens. (Meal also available at 6pm)
We are an Open Arms' Local Missions Ministry as Jesus intended for His church to be. We will provide care and shelter for those that have need as it is available through the support and help of the Somerset Community. World Missions are also an important part of the ministry here at SCM and we have mission churches on three other continents.
